, a leading and rapidly growing Longevity & Wellness Clinic in Dubai, we are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk / Client Relations Officer to join our team.
This role is the heartbeat of our clinic—where first impressions are created, client relationships are nurtured, and exceptional service begins.
- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate the daily clinic calendar.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency.
- Support administrative processes including patient registration, file management, and billing coordination.
- Collaborate closely with the medical and longevity team to ensure a smooth client journey.
- Uphold the clinic’s standards of confidentiality, customer service, and DHA compliance.
- Assist in patient follow-ups, treatment reminders, and feedback collection.

Requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare (clinic/wellness or hospital setting) is a must.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in clinic management software & Microsoft Office.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, discreet, and client-focused personality.
