, is looking for a proactive and safety-focused HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. This role is essential in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce safety rules.
• Maintain records of HSE performance, training logs, and safety documentation.
• Coordinate with authorities for permits, safety inspections, and compliance certifications.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and environmental responsibility throughout the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is mandatory.
• Strong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective actions effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and safety management systems.
