This on-site contract role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Spa Trainer will be responsible for providing hands‑on training to spa professionals, creating and delivering training modules, and monitoring the quality of services provided. Additionally, the trainer will ensure compliance with industry standards, assess individual and team performance, and provide guidance to ensure continuous improvement. The role demands collaboration with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in spa therapies, beauty treatments, and wellness services
- Experience in training delivery, curriculum development, and skill assessment
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for motivating and guiding team members
- Knowledge of hygiene standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices
- Organizational skills to design and implement structured training programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a professional setting
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the wellness and spa industry is an advantage
- Certification in Spa Therapy or a related field is preferred
