We are a new beauty salon in Dubai Marina seeking a professional, organised, and client-focused Salon Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and supporting the smooth daily running of the salon.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and confidence in handling a busy appointment schedule in a luxury salon environment.

• Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional, and polished manner
• Manage the salon appointment diary, bookings, and scheduling
• Coordinate therapists, treatment rooms, and daily workflows
• Handle bookings via phone, Whats App, walk-ins, and online systems
• Maintain accurate client records and update systems accordingly
• Manage payments, POS transactions, invoicing, and end-of-day reporting
• Upsell salon services, treatment packages, and retail products
• Handle client enquiries, feedback, and minor issues professionally
• Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean, organised, and presentable
• Support therapists and management with day-to-day operational tasks

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a salon or spa receptionist
• Fluent in English and Russian (essential)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident using booking systems, POS systems, and Whats App
• Professional appearance and positive, welcoming attitude
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a premium beauty salon setting
• Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends if required
