Manage all government relations, regulatory compliance, and licensing requirements for 1XL Infra. You will oversee visa processing, real estate authority coordination, and corporate documentation while ensuring full compliance with UAE labour and property regulations.

• Zero compliance penalties or missed renewals
• Timely visa processing and licence renewals
• Smooth coordination with RERA, DLD, MOHRE, and immigration authorities
• Accurate tracking of all regulatory deadlines and approvals

• Manage company interactions with MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Dubai Municipality, RERA, and DLD
• Oversee full employee visa lifecycle including entry permits, medicals, Emirates , renewals, and cancellations
• Handle real estate registrations, broker licensing, agent cards, Ejari, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with real estate advertising and project registration regulations
• Manage trade licence issuance, renewals, amendments, and establishment cards
• Maintain updated records of corporate and statutory documents
• Prepare labour contracts and support HR compliance processes
• Represent the company in all government dealings
  
  Maintain tracking systems and prepare compliance reports for management

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 4 to 7 years of UAE experience as a PRO or Government Liaison
• Strong RERA and Dubai Land Department experience required
• Deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures
• Arabic proficiency preferred
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
