Responsibilities
- Registering and enforcing judgments issued in traffic cases, issuing enforcement orders, and sending enforcement orders to the competent authorities.
- Entering charges after sentencing in the Public Prosecution program.
- Calculating the length of detention for defendants.
- Reviewing enforcement order documents issued by those executing the judgments.
- Contributing to the approval of enforcement orders.
- Contributing to the approval of arrest warrants.
- Responding to requests received regarding the calculation of the period of detention.
- Executing requests for the payment of insurance/fine differences (seized in connection with criminal cases).
