We are seeking an experienced Inspection Manager to lead regulatory inspection operations within a highly controlled trade, port, or free‑zone environment. This role requires strong enforcement judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle complex inspection cases with financial and regulatory impact.
Key Requirements- Mandatory:
Dubai passport and family paper - Proven experience leading inspection, compliance, or enforcement teams within ports, free zones, customs, or regulatory bodies
- Hands‑on exposure to regulatory inspections, violations, penalties, and corrective actions
- Ability to review, approve, and take accountability for complex inspection reports and fines
- Strong experience liaising with government authorities (e.g., Customs, Police, Security, Regulators)
- Solid people management, planning, and budget ownership experience
- Minimum 7‑8 years of work experience in the relevant field with team handling
- Port or terminal regulatory functions
- Government or semi‑government compliance bodies
