Position: Analyst / Executive Assistant

Salary: 14,000 - 16,000 per month, depending on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Analyst / Executive Assistant to support our Dubai office. This is a hybrid role combining elements of an investment banking analyst and executive assistant, offering hands-on exposure to live deal activity, internal workflows, and executive operations. This position is ideal for a driven professional who is quick to learn, highly organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior leadership with day-to-day analytical and administrative tasks
  • Assist with drafting consulting agreements (REV A only) and related documentation
  • Provide analyst-level support on internal workflows, deal tracking, and coordination
  • Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and execution of simple operational tasks
  • Learn and execute established internal processes and workflows
  • Support cross-functional coordination as needed (banking, marketing, operations)
  • Maintain organization, accuracy, and confidentiality across all responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Alternatively, relevant certifications in securities, investments, or financial markets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fast learner with a proactive, responsible attitude
  • Comfortable working in a high-tempo, professional environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (email, documents, spreadsheets)
