Chief Financial Officer - CFO | Russian Speaker

Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our international group and take an active operational role in designing and implementing the financial architecture of the company. This position is being opened due to the rapid growth of the company and the need to consolidate and manage the following functions across the group:

• Finance
• Treasury
• Accounting
• Crypto-related financial flows

The CFO will play a key role in building financial processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting management decisions across a multi-jurisdictional international structure. This role requires strategic thinking, high autonomy, and hands-on operational leadership.

• Financial Architecture and Treasury:
  • Design and standardize treasury processes across all business units.
  • Manage payments, liquidity management, and transaction control.
  • Ensure transparency and efficiency of financial flows across the group.
• Management Accounting and Budgeting:
  • Implement and maintain management accounting systems.
  • Establish budgeting processes for existing and new projects.
  • Monitor plan versus actual performance and provide consolidated reporting.
• Financial Operations:
  • Organize operational financial processes including documentation flows, banking compliance, and internal financial controls.
• Tax Planning:
  • Manage operational tax planning processes.
  • Ensure proper execution of tax strategies.
  • Maintain accurate financial and accounting documentation.
  • Centralize financial methodology at the head office level.
  • Coordinate financial and accounting teams across multiple jurisdictions.

• 5 years experience as a CFO
• Background in financial services, consulting, procurement, or logistics
• Experience working in international companies
• Understanding of multi-jurisdictional financial operations
