• Take ownership of the preparation of consolidated financial statements aligning to IFRS; oversight of operational accounting and the completion of month-end close and accounts finalisation.
• Coordinate audit processes and practices in conjunction with Auditors across the various entities and funds within the group.
• Be heavily involved in planning and the annual budget process; develop management accounts and reports for presentation to business heads.
• Review accounting policies linked to fund administration and external fee agreements; develop internal reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely and versatile delivery of financial accounts and commentaries.

Our client is looking to identify a Big Four Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) who is able to demonstrate a track record within audit support, financial reporting and advisory. Exposure to the financial services (investment-related) sector would be a significant advantage, whereby the candidate will be able to deliver a strong understanding of investment vehicles, asset classes and the applied accounting principles.

• Big Four Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA).
• Experience in audit support, financial reporting and advisory; exposure to financial services (investment-related) sector is advantageous; understanding of investment vehicles and asset classes and related accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (up to financial modelling level); capable presentation skills; exposure across regional and/or international jurisdictions is advantageous.
