Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in Banking, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and analytical reports to support financial and regulatory compliance functions.

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for financial and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and IT teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into visual analytics.
• Gather, clean, and transform data from multiple banking and financial systems.
• Develop data models and DAX queries to support accurate and efficient reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory reporting standards (e.g., CBUAE, Basel III, IFRS9).
• Optimize existing Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Automate and streamline manual reporting processes using Power BI and related tools.
• Support data validation, documentation, and user training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Power BI Developer in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory compliance (CBUAE, Basel III, IFRS9, etc.).
• Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Axiom, Moody’s, Oracle Financials, SAP, or other reporting tools.
• Exposure to data governance and business intelligence best practices.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) is an advantage.
