Assistant Accountant

Noorka Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai
. This role is ideal for a candidate who has a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and is eager to contribute to the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of a fast-growing logistics company.

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management summaries.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data collection.
• Support VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
• Assist during audits by preparing necessary documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics or trading companies.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
