Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As a crucial member of our accounting department, you will play a significant role in managing accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and reporting to management. You will work closely with financial analysts and other members of the accounting team to maintain financial stability and integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively. • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure all accounting transactions comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and resolve any discrepancies encountered.
• Analyze financial data and present insights to improve business financial health.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecast management on a regular basis.
• Maintain general ledger and support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors to facilitate their work.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to assure timely payments.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior accounting staff as needed.
• Develop financial policies and procedures to enhance company financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Continuously assess accounting methods and processes to improve efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks.
