Regulatory Licensing & Compliance Manager – VARA​/DIFC​/ADGM

NH Management is expanding its regulatory and compliance division and is seeking an experienced Regulatory Licensing & Compliance Manager with a strong background in financial services authorisations across DIFC and ADGM.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience preparing and managing regulatory licence applications—from business plan drafting to regulator liaison—and can oversee ongoing compliance and governance frameworks under DFSA and FSRAs supervision.

• Lead and manage licence applications for financial and regulated entities within DIFC and ADGM and or VARA.
• Prepare and maintain Regulatory Business Plans, Compliance Manuals, AML/CFT frameworks, and Governance Policies.
• Liaise with VARA, DFSA and FSRA during licensing, inspection, and supervision processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and rulebook updates to ensure continued compliance.
• Support management with regulatory strategy, compliance monitoring, and reporting.

• 2+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance or financial services licensing (VARA/ DIFC/ADGM).
• Proven track record in obtaining or maintaining DFSA and/or FSRA authorisations.
• Strong knowledge of GEN, AML, Conduct, and Prudential Rulebooks.
• Degree in law, compliance, finance, or a related field (LLB, ICA, CISI, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
