We have an excellent opportunity of Transaction Finance Manager for our FMCG client based in Dubai.

Looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to manage transactional finance operations. The role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in accounting entries, reconciliations, compliance, and supporting month-end and reporting activities.

• Manage day-to-day transactional accounting (AP, AR, GL).
• Perform monthly book closures, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and regulatory requirements.
• Review vendor payments, customer collections, and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare MIS reports and support management reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes.

• Qualified CA or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in transactional finance.
• Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Good understanding of VAT and Middle East regulations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
