Investment Accountant – Private Family Office (Dubai)

Our client, a reputable Private Family Office in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Investment Accountant to join their team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a strong audit background to transition into or deepen expertise within an investment-focused environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
The Investment Accountant will:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements related to investment activities
• Manage journal entries and general ledger postings
• Perform comprehensive financial reporting for a range of investments
• Conduct in-depth financial and performance analysis
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations
• Support a small team and handle miscellaneous tasks as required in a lean family office setup

• Minimum 8 years of experience in audit (strong audit background is essential)
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial reporting
• Proficiency in managing journal entries and core accounting processes
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high level of integrity
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team
• Experience in investment accounting or related roles is an advantage
• Knowledge of stock markets and investment products is a plus
