Responsibilities- Feasibilities and financial models review and risk highlighting
- Providing feasibility inputs to Development team from Asset Management perspective
- Review of 3rd party investment proposals
- Service charge modelling
- Support in the preparation/update of business plan, including coordinating and procuring all related information from the operating assets' team
- Adhoc financial analysis
- In-depth knowledge of strategic Financial Management
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance Principles and Practices
- Knowledge of zakat & Taxation
- Planning and Time Management
- Effective Communication and Human Relations skills. Hands on in Executive reporting and presentations
- Critical Thinking and Analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or other closely related field.
- Chartered Accountant, ICAEW, Certified Internal Audit (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- Total experience of 12-15 years including 5 years (must) relevant strategic financial management experience in Real estate sector.
