Treasury Specialist

• Establish, enhance and implement policies, systems and procedures designed to mitigate financial risk across the organisation.
• Drive the application of advanced financial risk assessment tools and methodologies to identify and mitigate exposure.
• Recommend and validate financial risk management strategies in line with internal policies and industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on the overall impact of risk mitigation strategies and elevate areas of concern to senior leadership.
• Continuously evaluate, upgrade and optimise tools used to manage and monitor financial risks.
• Offer technical expertise on financial risk matters related to banks, customers and suppliers.
• Prepare complex financial reports, insights and presentations for management and other key stakeholders.
• Advise on financial policies and procedures, offering technical interpretation and guidance to senior management.
• Support and advise on the administration of financial securities.
• Lead the identification and implementation of improvements across processes, procedures and associated controls.
• Manage and resolve complex issues that arise within treasury, financial governance or risk management operations.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline paired with a recognised professional accounting or finance qualification (CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CMA).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a treasury or finance‑related environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting systems.
• Advanced financial and risk management knowledge within the relevant area of specialisation.
