This is a standalone, hands‑on finance position responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial management, compliance, and reporting activities for the UAE holding company and its small subsidiary structure in India.

Initially, the focus will be on maintaining a lean, efficient, and well‑governed holding company structure. As liquidity events occur and the investment portfolio expands, the role will broaden to include reinvestment planning, increased financial complexity, and scaling responsibilities.

• Manage full‑cycle accounting for the UAE holding company and its Indian subsidiary.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable (low transaction volume).
• Issue and monitor invoices for management fees, service fees, and intercompany transactions.
• Process bank payments, record receipts, and perform reconciliations.
• Lead the month‑end close process and prepare financial statements.
• Maintain accurate books, records, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and banking partners.
• Develop and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts at holding company level.
• Align operating company forecasts with holdco forecasts, including distributions and intercompany charges.
• Monitor timing, reliability, and sustainability of income streams.
• Track and forecast the holding company cost base.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for senior leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis against forecasts and historical performance.
• Ensure adherence to UAE accounting and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate Indian compliance matters through external advisors, including GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
• Liaise with auditors and manage audit preparation and responses.
• Maintain oversight of IFRS and Ind AS application at a review and coordination level.
• Serve as the primary finance contact for the Managing Director.
• Provide clear financial insights and ad‑hoc analysis as required.
• Support financial work streams related to liquidity events, capital distributions, and post‑transaction structuring.
• Contribute to financial setup and process design as the portfolio expands.
• Optionally assist with founder–related personal accounting or investment tracking (non‑core responsibility).

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end accounting independently.
• Experience with in a holding company, small corporate group, or lean finance function is preferred.
• Exposure to cross‑border structures or India‑related entities would be advantageous.
