Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization by ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic financial insights. You will work closely with our finance and management teams to analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the development and management of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data.
• Prepare tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
• Provide support and guidance to junior accounting staff and other departments.
• Monitor and review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, including invoicing and collections.
• Evaluate accounting systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop financial policies and procedures that support organizational goals and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least three years of professional accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including Quick Books, SAP, or similar programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
