JOB TITLE Senior Associate – Mergers & Acquisitions | Emirati Talent | Majid Al Futtaim Holding | Finance Role Summary

As a Senior Associate – Mergers & Acquisitions, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating investment opportunities and executing M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle. You will support financial analysis, due diligence, valuation, and preparation of strategic materials for senior leadership and the Board. This is a high‑impact role suited for a detail‑oriented, analytical, and driven professional.

• Support the day‑to‑day execution of M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including historical performance review, forecasting, cash‑flow modeling, and basic financial modelling
• Assist in valuations and other transaction‑related financial matters in collaboration with advisors and internal teams
• Manage information flow with third‑party advisors, overseeing data rooms, documentation, and Q&A processes
• Support cross‑functional due diligence by working with Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR, IT, and Legal teams
• Prepare internal presentations, research summaries, and executive/board materials to support investment decision‑making
• Track, analyze, and report on sector trends, market developments, and news in existing and target geographies
• Contribute to environmental stewardship by aligning work practices with ISO standards and improving relevant systems

• Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or Finance
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including forecasting, cash‑flow analysis, and interpretation of financial outputs
• Ability to support full transaction execution and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external advisors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment
