We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing regional team, based in Dubai.
This role will play a key part in managing financial operations, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax, and VAT regulations
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Support management with financial analysis and business insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA / ACCA is a plus)
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regional or multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Based in Dubai
