The Finance Manager is a critical role within any organization, responsible for overseeing the financial health and stability of the company. • Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, enhancing their development.
• Implement cost-reduction strategies to improve the company's financial standing.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements to stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks and create strategies to mitigate potential issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a finance management role.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting and compliance regulations is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage financial projects effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
