The Finance Manager is a critical role within any organization, responsible for overseeing the financial health and stability of the company. - Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements to stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a finance management role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and compliance regulations is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage financial projects effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
