We are partnering with a leading real estate investment platform based in Dubai to hire a Senior Analyst. Our client is a well-established and publicly listed investment manager focused on income-generating real estate across the GCC region.

The firm has built a strong track record over the past decade and is known for its disciplined approach to asset management and value creation.
The Role:As a Senior Analyst, you will be a key contributor to investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, and the evaluation of new opportunities across asset classes. This is a high-impact role within a growing platform.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio valuations
- Analyse property-level and market-level data to support investment decision‑making across the GCC
- Prepare materials for investment committees, board meetings, and investor communications
- Track portfolio performance metrics including occupancy, rental yields, NOI, and FFO
- Support capital markets activity and financing analysis, including exposure to Islamic finance structures
- Work closely with asset management and leasing teams to identify and execute value‑add initiatives
- Assist in evaluating new strategic verticals as the platform diversifies its product offering
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, asset management, or investment banking with a real estate focus
- Strong financial modelling capabilities (DCF, comparable analysis) and advanced Excel skills
- Good understanding of REIT structures, property valuation methods, and real estate market fundamentals
- Familiarity with Islamic finance or Sukuk instruments is a plus
- CFA, CAIA, or RICS qualification (completed or in progress) preferred
- Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong communication skills in English;
Arabic is an advantage - Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with significant autonomy
