Assistant Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Preparation of daily cash flow and cash flow forecast, guide and follow-up with individual units and stores in reporting the daily cash flow.
• Monitoring all Carrefour GCC bank accounts and banking operations.
• Cheques signatures verification and authorizing issued cheques through S2B.
• Follow up and monitor all bank transfers.
• Evaluate the requirements of foreign currency, and coordinate with INT treasury to provide the needed requirement of foreign currency.
• Optimization of cash within GCC. Ensure there are no sleeping funds in accounts, all surplus funds to be deposited with INT treasury.
• Change of signatories, updating bank’s information, renewing guarantees and facilities.
• Closing/opening new accounts with bank.
• Support Business units in preparing proper cash flow forecast.
• Support and monitor bank reconciliation of HO and stores.
• Support units on all credit cards issues.
• Coins cash flow management and maintaining coins availability.
• Manage operational day to day relationships with Banks.
• Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
• Implement new projects at all GCC stores and countries.
• Perform any other task assigned by the management i.e. Group Treasury, Country’s management.
