The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with external parties to manage payment channels including receiving and processing payments. The Finance team is focused on analyzing, interpreting data, managing payments, and delivering results to senior management. The suitable candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have derived from data and communicate important findings clearly.

• Apply payments to customer accounts, prepare new bills, set up billing accounts, and collaborate with the business development team to integrate payment gateway provider solutions into the sales cycle.
• Establish payment provider partnerships at a strategic and operational level to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver a seamless customer payment journey, and develop easy-to-implement and payment gateway solution delivery strategies and plans.
• Conduct due diligence on payment partners and negotiate commercial terms with payment providers, onboard payment merchants; define affiliate partner reconciliation, collections, and settlement models and processes; lead the improvement of integration processes.
• Work closely with payment merchants to accelerate customer acquisition, activation, and retention, manage customer accounts, record payments, prepare new bills, and set up billing accounts.
• Analyze transactions daily, consistently examine financial information, interpret financial data to recognize changing trends and patterns, communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management, and develop and prepare daily and monthly reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience with 5+ years' relevant experience in financial management, financial planning, currency exchange, treasury management or other related fields.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen in digital / e-commerce / BNPL payment revenue optimization and building profitable and sustainable payment models.
• Solid working knowledge of payment processing technology and integration solutions with a deep understanding of technical, digital, and commercial feasibility.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and an ability to clearly communicate findings.
