Responsible for the strategic management and expansion of account portfolios within the Healthcare sector, ensuring the introduction and cultivation of robust client relationships. This role encompasses the enhancement of service quality standards, the effective management of day‑to‑day client operations, and the achievement of established objectives and revenue targets. Maintaining exemplary client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality is paramount. The position demands extensive collaboration both internally and externally, including engagement with local and international clients, participation in meetings across varying time zones, and the timely completion of deliverables under strict deadlines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of engagement, proactively advancing business objectives and internal processes to facilitate prompt approval of key initiatives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Participate in the financial analysis conducted on clients and their respective industries/markets to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Client Relationship Management
- Identify and secure new business with target clients within the healthcare segment across banking products.
- Prepare transaction documentation including term sheets, information memoranda, and mandate letters.
- Assess and address credit, market, and operational risks in collaboration with product and enablement teams.
- Present, review, negotiate, and finalise transactions.
- Maintain client credit quality within portfolio in line with bank standards.
- Deliver individual and team financial targets.
- Identify and maximise cross‑selling opportunities with key clients.
- Ensure account plans are created and maintained for key clients.
- Maintain client files and documentation.
- Submit credit reviews promptly and ensure compliance with agreed conditions.
- Maintain satisfactory audit outcomes for the portfolio.
- Participate in relevant training and development programmes.
- Ensure all internal portfolio and NTB processes comply with bank policies and procedures.
- Comply with process KPIs, ORM, BCP, and internal audit requirements.
- Day‑to‑Day Activities
- Support the daily administration and transactions, including client communications, documentation, account openings, and pipeline updates, to ensure work continuity and high‑quality delivery.
- Ensure KYC and compliance processes are followed in accordance with bank and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and operating standards to ensure controlled and consistent work practices.
- Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures
- Identify and secure new business with target clients across banking products.

- Completion of mandatory trainings on an ongoing basis to be up to date with the banks process and policies.
- MIS and Reports
- Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports to meet unit requirements, policies, and standards.
- Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Engineering or related discipline.
- Master’s degree in business administration or finance is preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
- Knowledge of the banking sector, wholesale banking products and business strategies. Must have dealt with clients in the healthcare sector.
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Computer proficiency.

- Banking software systems proficiency.
- Data analysis and financial modelling skills.
- Credit analysis and FOREX skills.

- Minimum Experience
- 8‑10 years of experience in corporate banking (coverage/investment banking).
