Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract: 1 Year
We are looking for an experienced ERM Specialist to support enterprise-wide risk management, business continuity, and crisis management initiatives. The role will focus on monitoring regulatory and emerging risks, maintaining risk registers, enhancing internal controls, and supporting ERM/BCM frameworks, reporting, and governance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor regulatory changes and emerging regional/global risk trends
- Update strategic & operational risk registers and risk frameworks
- Prepare ERM dashboards, KRIs, heatmaps, and executive risk summaries
- Support BCM, BCP, DRP, and crisis management documentation
- Review internal controls and recommend risk mitigation improvements
- Assist in risk reporting, audits, training, and awareness programs
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–7 years’ experience in ERM / BCM / Crisis Management
- Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 31000, COSO ERM, NCEMA 7000, and SCA regulations
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
📩 Immediate joiners currently based in UAE are highly preferred.
