This leading regional financial services organisations is seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join its Private Banking division in Dubai. This is a front-office, revenue-generating role with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition (70%) alongside relationship and portfolio management (30%).
The successful candidate will bring an existing portable book of private banking or HNW/UHNW client relationships, and will be responsible for originating, developing, and deepening long-term client relationships within the private banking platform.
This opportunity is open to candidates from any global private banking market, provided they are willing to relocate to Dubai.
Key Responsibilities Business Development (70%)- Originate new HNW / UHNW client relationships through an established personal network and active business development.
- Demonstrate the ability to port and onboard an existing client book in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Develop new referral channels across professional intermediaries (lawyers, family offices, trustees, corporate advisors).
- Position the private banking platform, investment solutions, and advisory capabilities to attract new wealth.
- Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and long-term retention.
- Deliver tailored wealth management solutions including investments, lending, and structuring (where applicable).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal product, investment, credit, and risk teams.
- Maintain strong governance, risk awareness, and compliance discipline across all client interactions.
- Proven experience as a Senior Relationship Manager / Private Banker within a Private Banking, Wealth Management, or HNW platform.
- Demonstrable portable client book from a recognised private banking background.
- Strong track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Experience managing HNW and UHNW clients across investments, lending, and advisory solutions.
- Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship-building capability.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
- International private banking exposure (Europe, UK, Asia, Middle East, or other global markets).
- Strong understanding of cross-border wealth structures and client needs.
- Arabic language skills beneficial but not essential.
- Base salary: AED 45,000 – 65,000 per month (depending on experience and client book)
