Sales Officer – Finance

TREXA Finance Broker is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer – Home Finance to join our growing team. If you are passionate about banking, real estate, and helping clients secure the right home financing solutions, we would love to hear from you.

• Generate and manage leads for home finance and mortgage products
• Advise clients on suitable home financing solutions based on their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, developers, and real estate partners
• Guide clients through the full mortgage process from application to disbursement
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Stay updated on UAE banking regulations and market trends

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home finance, banking, or real estate sales
• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage products and lending procedures
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
• Professional appearance and strong client servicing skills

Competitive salary: AED 7,000 – 12,000 (based on experience)
