Redstone Commodity Search is working with a leading global brokerage firm seeking to hire a Commodity Options Broker to join their Dubai office. This role offers the opportunity to work across commodity and energy derivatives markets within an established international platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and execute commodity options trades via voice broking on behalf of clients across relevant exchanges.
• Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with commercial and financial market participants.
• Provide clients with market intelligence, pricing updates, and strategic insights across commodity and energy options markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking, industry events, and client engagement.
• Coordinate with liquidity providers and other brokers to ensure effective trade execution in varying market conditions.
• Ensure full adherence to compliance, onboarding, risk management, and internal policy requirements.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an Options broking environment (Commodities, Energy, FX, Equities, or Fixed Income).
• Strong understanding of commodity and energy markets, including derivatives and underlying products.
• Deep knowledge of price risk management and hedging strategies.
• Demonstrable track record covering commercial clients within financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and confidence operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
