About the roleWe are seeking an executive‑level Finance Director to lead the global financial, procurement, and governance agenda across the MMI & ELR Group. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in shaping long‑term value creation, driving financial transformation, and enabling sustainable growth across multi‑market, multi‑currency, and omnichannel operations.
You will bring strategic vision, commercial depth, and operational excellence to a business with ambitious global growth plans.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Set and lead the global finance and procurement strategy, partnering with the CEO and Executive team to drive growth, profitability, and long‑term organisational and shareholder value.
- Act as the Finance lead for strategic initiatives , including M&A, market entry, and capital restructuring.
- Oversee financial operations across all markets, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margin optimisation.
- Strengthen procurement excellence through strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract governance.
- Drive digital transformation, embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and strategic risks to protect assets and ensure long‑term sustainability.
- Guide Group treasury and cash flow planning, ensuring financial stability, optimised capital structure, and effective FX risk management.
- Lead governance, risk, and compliance, ensuring adherence to international accounting standards, tax regulations, and ESG reporting requirements.
- Manage capital structure and cash flow, including treasury, liquidity, and FX risk.
- Build and lead high‑performing global teams, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Executive team, and Boards on financial, commercial, and strategic matters.
- 15+ years of senior finance leadership in global, multi‑channel organisations.
- Experience in distribution, retail, e‑commerce, hospitality, and/or F&B is highly valued.
- Deep expertise in international finance, procurement, cross‑border operations, and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk frameworks, and ESG reporting.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- A visionary mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
