Key Responsibilities- Maintain and control books of accounts through finalization
; hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in MIS and core accounting principles.
- Prepare regular MIS
reports and support related accounts and finance activities. - Establish and enforce accounting policies, methods, principles, and SOPs
. - Enhance accounting systems and processes, and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Manage and maintain MIS for accurate and efficient data entry, processing, and reporting.
- Oversee generation of MIS outputs including financial statements, management reports, and analytical dashboards to aid decision-making.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of all ledger accounts, investigating and resolving variances.
- Analyze financial data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare cash flow and fund flow statements
. - Present financial insights, KPIs, trends, and improvement areas to management.
- Develop customized financial reports addressing managements performance monitoring needs.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor actual vs. budgeted performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to collect and analyze relevant financial data.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of experience
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Proficient in financial tools and software (Excel, financial reporting systems).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to leverage digital tools for financial management.
- Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities.
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and sound decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong follow‑up and ability to ensure task execution within teams.
