Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are a DFSA-regulated Multi-Family Office and Asset Management firm based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). We are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our growing team. You will manage and expand relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, providing tailored investment solutions and access to global markets and alternative assets.

This is a senior-level role for someone with a strong track record in private banking or wealth management, and a genuine interest in alternative investments such as private equity, venture capital, real estate lending, and digital assets.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering investment strategies and wealth management solutions
• Use your network to bring in new clients and deepen existing relationships
• Work closely with the team to develop commercial and investment strategies
• Meet individual revenue and AUM growth targets
• Stay up to date with DFSA regulations and market best practices

• Monthly draw: AED 35,000 – 45,000
• Commission: 35% of net revenue
• Year 1 AUM target: $50M (realistic for the right candidate)

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management at a senior level
• A clear track record of managing HNW/UHNW client relationships
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Experience with or interest in alternative assets (private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate lending, crypto)
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, Italian, Arabic, Mandarin) are a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
