Organization Unit Purpose
Corporate & Institutional Banking respectively cater to the requirements of Medium Corporates, and High Net worth Individuals, whilst contributing to the Bank’s growth and profitability.
Job PurposeA core professional relationship role responsible to develop large to medium customer relationships, providing advise/ solutions based on thorough analysis of customer needs.
The candidate will be initially employed as ARM and upon satisfactory performance, the staff can be elevated to RM role.
Job Content- Market new business
- Enhance existing business portfolio
- Market of new borrowing and non-borrowing relationships as per the acceptable risk parameters and the target market.
- Take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships
- Regularly review account performance and make appropriate recommendations for optimizing returns.
- Conduct regular client’s meeting & update
- Comply with the approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the organization’s and customers interests.
- Staff development/ guidance to achieve desired result
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Finance / Accounting Graduate
- CFA/Masters in Busines Administration
Banking – 5 – 8 years
Knowledge & SkillsBanking Products and Services, Local Market & Industry Knowledge, Organizational policies, communication
Behavioral Competencies- Analytical thinking with strong financial & credit background. Business Planning
- Team player and maintain cordial relationship at all levels
