Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight & Compliance: Ensure all financial operations, including billing, accounting, and reporting, adhere to Indian laws and regulations, working closely with outsourced finance and compliance teams.
• Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between Master Builders Solutions and external financial service providers, ensuring timely and accurate financial management and reporting.
• Budgeting & Financial Planning: Oversee the preparation and adherence to budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives.
• Regulatory & Tax Compliance: Coordinate with external partners to manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings in UAE.

  Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and financial health.
• Audit & Assurance: Facilitate internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with all audit requirements and enhancing financial accuracy and reliability.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making and prepare and present timely financial statements to the management team and global headquarters.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key financial representative of Master Builders Solutions in UAE, effectively communicating financial statuses and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with outsourced partners to streamline accounting functions and operations, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• Team Leadership: Although primarily coordinating with external teams, foster a culture of excellence, ethics, and continuous improvement within any in-house finance personnel or teams that may be established.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: MBA in Accounting or Finance; preferred, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in finance, particularly in roles requiring coordination with external partners.
• Experience with German and Indian Financial Operations: Familiarity with the financial practices and compliance requirements of both Germany and India, including an understanding of GAAP and IFRS.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and other financial management software.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German is highly desirable to facilitate seamless communication with the headquarters.
• Strong accounting and financial acumen (Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, etc.)
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, or Accounting
• CA Inter / MBA Finance / CMA preferred
• 8–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in shared service or BPO environments is a plus
