Trading Operations Specialist - Forex

We are seeking a Trade Operations (FX) professional with strong technical and analytical skills to support our trading infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with MT4/MT5 platforms
, a basic understanding of liquidity provider (LP) integrations
, and a keen interest in financial markets and trading systems.

• Monitor and maintain daily trading operations across MT4/MT5 platforms.
• Support setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of trading servers, symbols, and groups.
• Assist in integrating and maintaining Liquidity Provider (LP) connections and bridge systems.
• Monitor pricing feeds, trade execution flow, and identify discrepancies or delays.
• Work closely with the dealing, risk, and IT teams to resolve trade‑related or system issues.
• Perform regular reconciliations between platforms, LPs, and back‑office systems.
• Ensure trade data accuracy and timely reporting to internal teams and regulators.
• Support onboarding of new brokers, trading groups, and accounts from a technical perspective.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in FX trading operations

• Strong knowledge of Meta Trader 4 (MT4) and Meta Trader 5 (MT5).
• Familiarity with bridge systems and liquidity provider integrations

• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience with FIX Protocol or trade API connectivity.
• Exposure to risk monitoring or trade reconciliation tools.
• Knowledge of market structure and FX instruments.
