Financial Director

We are seeking a Dubai-based Group Chief Financial Manager to lead financial strategy, governance, and oversight across a fast-scaling international travel and hospitality portfolio spanning luxury travel, hospitality development, branded real estate, and investment assets.

This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Founder.

You will be responsible for building institutional-level financial infrastructure across multiple international entities. This includes consolidated reporting, investor governance, treasury management, development oversight, and strategic capital allocation.

• Lead group-wide financial strategy and forecasting
• Consolidate reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Oversee investor reporting and governance structures
• Manage development budgets and cost control
• Implement treasury controls and internal financial systems
• Coordinate UAE, US, and international tax compliance
• Drive cash flow planning and capital allocation
• Lead and scale the internal finance function

• 5+ years of senior finance experience
• Prior Management, executive or Director level experience
• Experience managing multi-entity international structures
• Strong international accounting exposure (UAE + US required)
• Experience with investor-backed businesses
• Hospitality, travel, real estate, or asset-heavy industry exposure preferred
