Onboarding Specialist

We are partnering with a high-growth Fin Tech organisation that is transforming digital financial services across the region. As part of their expansion, they are hiring an Onboarding Specialist to support client activation, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, and customer success — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new retail and/or corporate clients
• Conduct KYC, AML, and CDD checks in line with regulatory standards
• Review documentation and verify customer information accurately
• Liaise with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve onboarding queries
• Ensure all onboarding SLAs are met while maintaining quality standards
• Identify and escalate suspicious activity or compliance risks
• Improve onboarding workflows and contribute to automation initiatives
• Maintain accurate CRM and system records

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years’ experience in onboarding, KYC, AML, or client operations within:
• Fin Tech
• Brokerage / Trading platforms
• Digital banking
• Payments
• Strong understanding of UAE or international AML/KYC regulations
• Experience reviewing corporate and/or high-risk client documentation
• High attention to detail with strong process discipline
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and onboarding platforms
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience onboarding clients in trading, CFD, FX, crypto, or investment platforms
• Knowledge of FATCA / CRS requirements
• Experience with automation tools or Reg Tech platforms
