Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Finance Specialist!

Location:

Dubai, UAE

• Support the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business growth and investment plans
• Monitora financial performance across projects and departments to ensure profitability and healthy cash flow
• Assist in strengthening financial governance, risk management, and compliance processes
• Support review of project financing structures, budgets, and capital allocation
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency in financial reporting and documentation
• Maintain effective internal controls across financial operations and reporting cycles
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, investors, and financial institutions when required
• Provide financial analysis and insights for new developments, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Support the Financial Director in operational finance, reporting, and day-to-day financial execution
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, financial efficiency, and scalable financial processes

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance, preferably within real estate development or construction in the UAE
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting, budgeting, and cost control
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance requirements
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA) are an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
