EAME Distribution’s mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and service growth through industry‑best distribution performance. Our three strategic priorities are Service growth, Dealer Excellence and Talent & Culture. As the EAME Finance Team, we provide governance and administration of Cat® dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.

As the senior member of the team, the incumbent will provide leadership on projects and support team members to deliver on their responsibilities.

• Create relationships with Dealers to understand their financing needs
• Build and maintain relationships with financing partners
• Lead discussions with financing partners and dealers to develop and implement financing solutions
• Provide governance of all financing solutions projects
• Support all monthly drawdown requirements and the renewal of existing financing solutions

• Execute all operational tasks as assigned:
  Field Follow, RFPs, Extended Payment Terms, etc.
• Lead operational efficiency efforts within the team, gathering stakeholder voice and driving improvement ideas
• Execute prioritized lean projects as assigned
• Provide governance of all lean initiatives, communicating with senior leaders and other stakeholders on Lean status and highlighting areas requiring support

• Work with different teams/stakeholders to gather and report on information about the team’s progress on our goals
• Update team’s dashboard and report to leadership

The incumbent will be called upon occasionally to support various projects within the organization.

• Finance, business administration, economics, or accounting degree (strong preference for a Finance degree)
• Minimum six (6) years practical experience in banking and other financial services
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, mainly in Excel and Power Point
• Good presentation skills, verbal and written communication, ability to work within a diverse workforce
• Strong planning and organizing skills, project leadership

• Finance, business administration, economics, or accounting degree with at least 6 years of experience in banking and financial services
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, mainly in Excel and Power Point
• Extensive knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniques
• Ability to plan and organize resources to deliver under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with high precision
• Effective presentation skills and techniques
• Problem solver using data and resources to make decisions
• Strong understanding of financial market tools and products
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce and dealer management
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders

• Role requires occasional travel within the EAME region based on business needs
• Requires working five days a week from the office
