Role SummaryAs part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Trade Operations Analyst to support our algorithmic trading operations. This role sits within the algorithmic trade execution desk and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth execution, robust risk controls, and operational stability across global markets.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow rapidly while working closely with a high-performance quantitative trading and technology team.
Key Responsibilities- Support trade execution processes across global markets, trading futures and options across asset classes including equities, bonds, currencies, and commodities
- Strictly adhere to firm-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for:
- Pre- and post-trade risk checks
- Data integrity validation
- Trade activity and system monitoring
- Monitor live production trading for risk, compliance, or operational issues and respond promptly to unusual market behavior or system anomalies
- Coordinate with brokers, exchanges, and data vendors to troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and support continuous process improvements
- Prepare daily risk and P&L reports using existing automation and reporting tools
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Basic understanding of financial markets and trading concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes with high accuracy
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced trading environment
- Comfortable working with time-sensitive, procedure-driven workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reconciliations)
- Willingness and flexibility to work market‑driven schedules, including night shifts when required
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Salary range: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month (Final compensation depends on skill depth and system experience)
