Operations Analyst

Massar Investments is a growing investment firm managing a diversified global multi-asset portfolio. With a lean and collaborative structure, the firm focuses on strong governance, disciplined processes, and high-quality reporting, while continuously enhancing its operational and investment infrastructure.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support the end-to-end investment operations function. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across multiple asset classes, working closely with internal teams and global stakeholders including fund managers, banks, and administrators.

• Manage capital accounts, capital calls, and fund distributions
• Track cash flows, commitments, NAVs, and unfunded balances
• Reconcile data across internal systems, fund administrators, custodians, and GPs
• Maintain performance tracking and reporting schedules
• Manage investor portals and documentation
• Coordinate subscriptions, side letters, and onboarding documentation
• Handle CRS, FATCA, KYC processes with relevant stakeholders
• Act as key contact for GPs, administrators, banks, and service providers
• Support audit, tax, and compliance reporting requirements
• Liaise with legal and tax advisors on operational matters

• Track key deadlines (capital calls, reporting cycles, compliance renewals)
• Support meeting coordination and documentation management
• Maintain organized investment records and documentation
• 2–4 years’ experience in investment operations / fund administration / financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML, CRS/FATCA, and fund documentation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (data reconciliation), Outlook, Power Point
• Exposure to LP operations or middle office functions is a plus
