Senior Consultant​/Principal – Investment Management & Sovereign Wealth | GCC Coverage

We are looking to hire a seasoned 360 recruiter to build and lead our Investment Management & Sovereign Wealth practice across the GCC
.

This is a senior hire for someone who already operates at Principal or Senior Consultant level, with the credibility, relationships and commercial maturity to build a high-value desk focused on sovereign wealth funds, private equity and institutional asset managers.

You will be responsible for building a dedicated Financial Institutions / Investment Management vertical from Dubai, covering the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The focus will be on senior mandates across investment, portfolio management and C-suite leadership.

Target clients include leading regional and global investors such as ADQ, ADIA, Mubadala, PIF and its portfolio companies, QIA, as well as private equity platforms, asset managers and institutional investment houses across the GCC.

Typical mandates include:

• Chief Investment Officer
• Head of Asset Allocation
• Head of Private Equity / Direct Investments
• Investment Directors
• Senior Risk and Investment Strategy professionals

• 4–8+ years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally within financial services, private equity or investment management
• Demonstrated experience placing senior investment professionals (Director, MD, Partner, CIO level)
• Existing relationships with sovereign wealth funds, PE funds, asset managers or family offices in the GCC
• Proven billing track record and experience building or scaling a desk
• Commercially strong, relationship-led and comfortable operating at C-suite level
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a market-leading franchise

This is not a delivery-only role. We are looking for someone who can originate mandates, develop deep institutional relationships and position themselves as a trusted adviser to investment leaders across the region.
