FP&A Lead

FP&A Lead | Dubai, UAE | Financial Planning & Analysis, Senior Stakeholder Management

We're looking for an experienced FP&A Lead to join the finance team and support senior management with high-quality financial analysis, planning, and reporting.

The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, rigorous and deadline-driven environment.

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, providing clear insights and variance analysis to management
• Support monthly closing processes in close collaboration with Accounting and other finance stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality financial presentations for senior management
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, strategic initiatives, and ad-hoc management requests
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial KPIs, with exposure to cash management activities
• Formalize and enforce FP&A procedures
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting in line with internal and group reporting standards
• Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance and decision support

• Approximately 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Solid exposure to accounting principles and financial close processes
• Experience in a multinational company with a strong culture of reporting, deadlines, and management presentations
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting (rolling forecasts), 5-year strategic plans preparation, financial modeling, and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Previous contribution to special projects, such as M&A, IPO or data-room preparation
• Experience in building costing models, based on standard costs methodology in a manufacturing environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Education:
  
  CPA / MBA

• Experience in a Big 4 firm (approximately 3 years)
• Industry background: aviation, automotive, other sector using standard costing methodology
