Payments Operations Analyst; Fintech

Overview

We are a fast-growing fintech company building modern financial infrastructure for digital-first customers operating across multiple markets.

We’re hiring a Payments Operations Analyst to strengthen and scale our payments operations function.

• Monitor and reconcile ACH and card transactions
• Manage chargeback and dispute life cycles end-to-end
• Ensure clearing and settlement accuracy across banking and scheme partners
• Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks before they create operational or financial risk
• Maintain strong operational and compliance standards
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Product
• Improve controls, reporting, and automation as transaction volumes grow
• Support audits with structured, well-documented processes

This is a hands-on operational role with real impact on financial accuracy and risk management.

• Legally authorized to work in the UAE
• Experience at a neobank, payment service provider (PSP), acquirer, issuer, or payment processor
• Strong knowledge of ACH and/or card transaction life cycles
• Hands-on experience with chargebacks, disputes, settlements, and reconciliation processes
• Professional fluency in English and Russian (required to support our customer base)
• Comfortable operating within regulated financial environments
