Overview

Partner with the Senior Management on all operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations to them based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis. Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management. Engage the management of development to align financial management with short- and long-term financial planning and projections. Ensure that finance staff maintains financial record systems in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and monitor the use of all funds.

• Ensure finance staff maintains financial record systems in accordance with GAAP and monitor the use of all funds.

• University qualifications: A minimum of a BS. An MBA would be a plus.
• Other certifications: CPA/CMA
• Previous experience:
  At least 10 years of broad finance experience
• Specialist knowledge:
  Experience in gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership
