Finance Manager; F&B

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

An established multi-unit retail & food business in the MENA region is looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead regional financial operations and partner closely with senior leadership.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, and who can turn numbers into insights that drive business performance.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the MENA region
• Deliver insightful management reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
• Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic and operational decision-making
• Drive cash flow, cost optimisation, and working capital initiatives
• Oversee audits, compliance, and financial governance across multiple entities
• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional finance team

• 12+ years of finance experience, preferably within retail, F&B, or multi-site operations
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and working with executive management
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on financial planning and analysis expertise
• Professional qualifications (CA / CPA) and/or MBA in Finance preferred
• Experience operating across multiple countries within MENA
