Director, eFICC Sales, MEA

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Africa Middle East eCommerce Sales team, the candidate will be responsible for the distribution and commercialization of Financial Markets products (FX, Commodities, and Money Market) over electronic platforms, covering Institutional and Corporate clients across 15 markets.

• Execute the distribution and commercialization of the eCommerce strategy for AME.
• Leverage the bank’s unique DNA to distribute and scale adoption.
• Generate new alpha business and contribute to the bottom line.
• Manage and cultivate client relationships.
• Drive adoption of the Single Dealer Platform across all countries and client segments.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities into other products and channels.

• Build a client pipeline with FM voice sales and Transaction Banking partners.
• Engage clients to understand underlying business models and deliver optimal electronic solutions.
• Leverage data to analyze client flow and partner with traders and quants to build optimal liquidity models.
• Partner with product teams to build first‑class offerings addressing client needs.
• Provide internal training and awareness of FM digital capabilities to stakeholders across the CCIB organization.

• Adhere to Group policies and relevant legislation covering credit, operational, and reputational risk.
• Commit to Group Code of Conduct and act as an ambassador for good conduct.
• Complete all attestations and requests for information timely.

• Understand the regulatory framework and expectations relevant to the role.
