Finance Manager - FX​/Chinese

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) for the company, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
• Perform monthly revenue recognition related to trading activities, ensuring alignment between accounting records and actual business performance
• Track and analyze net deposits, revenue movements, and outstanding balances
• Conduct regular reconciliations related to client deposits and revenue, ensuring consistency between client deposits and revenue
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between reported revenue and actual cash inflows, and provide clear explanations
• Support month-end closing, including accruals, reversals, and cut-off checks related to AR
• Prepare AR-related schedules and reports for management review
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders for Dubai statutory audits
  , including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents
• Assist with UAE corporate tax and VAT-related compliance
  , including data preparation, reconciliations, and support during tax filings and reviews
• Liaise with tax consultants and auditors to ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Work closely with operations, treasury, and other internal teams to ensure data consistency and timely issue resolution

• 3–7+ years of accounting or finance experience within Forex / CFD brokerage
• Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Practical experience supporting Dubai/UAE audits and tax matters (VAT and/or Corporate Tax)
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition and cash flow linkage in high-volume transaction environments
• Experience working with multi-currency transactions
• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to handle large datasets and perform detailed reconciliations
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to independently identify abnormal figures or risks
• Able to work under month-end deadlines and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory or audit requirements
